Choose Your Date & Time
View real-time availability on our calendar and select the date and start time that works best for your event.

Bookings may begin as early as 7:00am and end as late as 11:59pm.
Weekend rentals require a 4-hour minimum and must include setup and teardown time.​

Complete Your Booking
After selecting your date, you’ll be guided to our booking form to share your event details.

Review and sign the contract, then submit a 50% deposit to officially reserve your date.
Your date is held once the contract is signed and payment is received.

Final Details & Event Day
Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

The venue will be cleaned and ready at your scheduled start time.
We’ll be in touch with final details as your date approaches — then all that’s left to do is arrive, celebrate, and enjoy.
Selecting a date does not confirm your booking. Your reservation is secured once the contract is signed and payment is received.
Once you select your time, you’ll be automatically directed to the required booking form. Your date is confirmed after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
