All events begin with our 4-hour minimum rental, which provides the essential time you need for setup, hosting, and teardown. Additional hours may be added to create the schedule that works best for your event. Our packages are available for weekend events, celebrations, and creative gatherings with flexible options designed to fit your timeline.
4-Hour Weekend Rental
$300
Perfect for smaller gatherings that don’t require a full day.

This option provides exclusive venue use from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM, giving you the flexibility to set up, host, and break down at your own pace.

$75 per hour
Need additional time? Feel free to add extra hours during booking to tailor your event timeline exactly as you need.
While extra hours may be added, they cannot be removed once booked. All rentals begin with our required 4-hour base package.

Weekday events offer full flexibility, allowing you to build the exact timeline your gathering needs. You can choose the number of hours that best fit your schedule and add additional time as needed to create a smooth flow for your event. Weekday bookings begin at $60 per hour, allowing you to customize your event timeline without a required minimum. Add as many hours as you need to design the perfect flow for meetings, workshops, creative shoots, or weekday celebrations. Flexible, simple, and tailored to your schedule.
All-Day Weekday Rental
(8 AM – 11:30 PM) — $600
Enjoy complete access to the venue for the full day.
This package provides exclusive use of the space from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM, giving you plenty of time for setup, hosting, transitions, and clean-up without rushing.
