Step one - check availability
View real-time openings on our calendar and select the start time that works best for your event.
Your reservation time includes decorating, hosting, and any teardown you have, so we recommend choosing a timeline that feels comfortable rather than rushed.
Weekend reservations begin with a 4-hour minimum.

Reserve your date
Step two - secure your booking
After selecting your time, you’ll complete a short booking form and sign the contract.
A 50% non-refundable deposit officially holds your date.
Once reserved, you’ll receive everything you need — arrival details, layout guidance, and helpful planning information.
Before your event
Step three - Plan at your own pace
Bring your own food, drinks, vendors, and decor — the space is intentionally flexible so your event can feel personal.
We’ll check in as your date approaches with final reminders so nothing is overlooked.
Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. An email reminder will be sent with your invoice.
Event day
Step four - arrive and host
The space will be ready at your scheduled start time.
Set up, celebrate, linger, and enjoy your guests — then gather your belongings at the end of your reservation. We handle the deeper cleaning afterward.
